Founder of Healthcare Systems Solution has over 25 years’ experience in supply chain management in private and public pharmaceutical in developed and fragile economies where he implemented supply chain solutions that reduced costs, increase sales and delivered desired outcomes. He was responsible for leading the digitization of the Ugandan supply chain, implementation of the National Logistics Management Information System in Nigeria, setup of the supply chain systems in South Sudan, implementation of SAGE manufacturing in Nigeria and startup of the branded to generic conversion of products in Ireland. In addition to implementation of SAP procurement in Ireland. He contributes 100% level of efforts to the project. He is responsible for the overall management of the project from concept to delivery.
